Control panel design & build

All our control panels are manufactured using high quality components meeting multiple accreditation standards and approval.

We use a wide variety of brands including ABB, KOLCKNER, MOELLER, CHINT, CARLO GAVAZZI, CROUZET, FINDER, PHOENIX and numerous others. All DIN rail terminals are quality cage clamp or pit technology from WAGO. We use a selection of quality enclosures from SAREL, WEIDMULLER, GEWISS, ETA and ALTO in several powder coated finishes or stainless steel for hazardous or pharmaceutical applications.

All cable is tri rated controls cable and we follow the British standard harmonised colours. All cables have crimped ferrules where available and hellerman tyton cable markers or printed labels.

We can manufacture any panel to suit multiple applications from simple motor control to full machine or process control.

We use a full range of process controllers from WEST, EUROTHERM or can provide our PLC range with blind or full touch screen functionality. We can also supply single inputs/outputs up to a few hundred inputs/outputs.. All can be data logged and accessed remotely when used in conjunction with a GSM modem.

We can supply full drawings and wiring diagrams using the latest version of AUTOCAD, for all the panels we build or manufacture to suit your own drawings or application. Our qualified engineers will be happy to discuss any special requirements you may have.
